Venturi

I’m planning to make a visit to Venturi next week. I’ll be filming the Eclectic. ‘The first energy autonomous vehicle.’ Right now, it seems as though we’ll all want one.

What is the purpose of the windmill on top?

Looks like a way to reduce an already dubious aerodynamic shape.

Mind you, the notion of perpetual motion does have an appeal.
