Before I can drive the car I need to give it some juice. I’ve forgotten to put the parking permit into the car and I’ll have a parking ticket before you know it. There is a strict order of events for charging the car. I just need to unlock it, unplug it, put the parking permit in, lock it, plug it in… and don’t set the blowers off. 5 months waiting and the car is finally here. They come off the ship, are taken to a base where the car is registered and the road tax is applied for (no charge for road tax on electric vehicles). Great news for vloggers, within the next two months Google is expected to unveil a search engine for Web-only video this summer that will let people preview media clips from its Web site.
Although the drive behind the video search facility is advertising revenue and payment for viewing videos online, the implications for those producing free video content and distributing is via blogs is huge. Just like blogs have changed the balance of power between the journalists, marketers and PR wonks and the audience of bloggers and their readers, I believe something similar can be done with video blogging.
